HOW IT WORKS
1. $300 SERVICE FEE
($200 for events hosted in 209)

3. HIRE YOUR BAR STAFF
1. A $300 ($200 for 209 area code) non refundable service fee pays for the labor and event planning leading up to your event, insurances, permits, taxes, travel expenses, payroll expenses, ect. Thank you for helping us stay in business! (Additional travel fees are charged for events located farther than 2hrs from Atwater, CA)
2. Choose your mixer package
3. Hire your bar staff. Pick the guest range and bar staff that best suits your party
2. Pick your rentals (skip if no rental needed)
4. Fill out our contact form to receive a quote, sign contract, and send in your deposit.
5. Once a deposit has been made, we will send you our extensive cocktail list for you to choose from. Finally, once you select your 4 cocktail choices, we will give you a detailed shopping list for the alcohol and start working on your bar menu.
Pricing can vary depending on your event location, guest count, package, and rentals .

4. PICK YOUR RENTALS
Packages will include a limited amount of soda water, tonic water, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, Coca-Cola, sprite, squirt, and clamato to accommodate guests who do not want what’s provided on the menu.

PRIVATE TASTING
Once your deposit is secured, elevate your event planning with our exclusive in-home cocktail tasting + bar planning.
This cocktail tasting experience is perfect for curating the ultimate bar menu.
For an additional $200, you and up to 3 guests (4 total attendees) will enjoy a guided tasting of up to 6 handcrafted cocktails of your choice, mixed and shaken right in the comfort of your home.
✨ What’s Included:
• 1.5 - 2 Hour guided tasting & bar planning

Professional bartending setup (you provide the alcohol; we bring the rest).
• Printed scorecards to help you rate and select your final 4 signature drinks
• Option to add more guests for $25 per person

Attendees will each get a full cocktail for the first 3 rounds. Cocktails will be split for the remaining 3 rounds to minimize over consumption & waste of alcohol.

Garnishes and/or Premium Cups provided only for clients who selected the Elevated or Premium package on their invoice

Bare minimum service is greeting guests with a smile. Exceptional service is creating a fun and upbeat environment that will leave an ever lasting impression on your guests.
