Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding, but would still need assistance with finalizing details, and overall venue management on the day of their wedding. Our wedding coordination services are designed to ensure your special day is a stress-free celebration. Our dedicated coordinators collaborate with you and your fiancé to create a detailed timeline that captures your vision. From coordinating the rehearsal and overseeing light setup, to managing vendor communication and problem-solving any arising issues, we will handle all the intricate details on your behalf. This allows you and your families to relax and truly enjoy every precious moment of the wedding day. Proudly serving Central California, San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Yosemite, and Beyond! 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 1 hour onboarding session to gather basic wedding day details

  • Access to preferred vendor list

  • Unlimited communication via email & phone

  • Assistant Coordinator who will help Head Coordinator on the day of the wedding

  • Monthly check ins to help keep the couple on track

  • 1-2 Venue details meeting up to 2 months before your event

  • Personalized wedding day timeline. Head Coordinator will contact all vendors to collaborate ideas and details for the wedding day timeline.

  • Vendor management: confirm arrival & end times, help direct set up, resolve issues that may arise, etc.

  • Finalized wedding timeline and venue details are confirmed with all vendors up to 1-2 weeks prior to the event

  • Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination: Head Coordinator will guide the bridal party on how to walk, where to stand, and how to exit.

  • Light set up of personal decor and items (party favors, guest book table, snack table, dessert table, centerpieces).

  • No heavy or time consuming set up (tables, chairs, linens, plates, silverware, glassware,) Set Up crew must be hired for heavy set up.

  • Assist with handing out groomsmen boutonnieres and bridesmaid corsages.

  • Assist with ceremonial commencement. Bride’s dress and veil will be fluffed out before walking down the aisle.

  • Walkie talkie & printed schedule are provided to DJ upon arrival to ensure proper communication for all time stamps and song queues. 

  • Assist with small decor or floral transfers from ceremony to reception

  • Coordination Team will grab first round of drinks and food for bride & groom

  • Assist with execution of champagne toast & cake cutting

  • Assist with 1st round of trash bin removal

  • Handle final distributions of payments to vendors.

  • Ensure personal items and money donations are kept with designated family member.

  • Problem solve unplanned mishaps that may arise.

SET UP & TEAR DOWN

Need help with setting up and tearing down tables, chairs, linens, silverware, plates, glassware, decor, etc?

Let us do the hard work for you!This service is an additional $350 per 50 guests.

CONTENT CREATION

Capture your wedding memories with our exclusive wedding content creation service for an additional $400. With this 10hr service, you'll receive professionally edited content videos, a shared photo album, and personalized social media content that perfectly showcases your love story.
